Jorell is a versatile professional with over 7 years of experience spanning customer service, executive support, and policy development. His career began as a Customer Service Representative at Transcom, where he developed strong communication and problem-solving skills over more than 3 years. Jorell then served as a Productivity Assistant at Prialto for another 3 years, supporting global executives in streamlining operations and enhancing productivity.

Currently, Jorell is proud to be part of B-WEL, where he has been contributing to impactful initiatives for over a year.

From March to June of 2025, Jorell also served as part-time Congressional District Support Staff at the House of Representatives. During this time, he authored the “Public Integrity and Rehabilitation Act” and the “National Political Qualification Standards Act,” and contributed to key legislative initiatives including expanding access to licensure exam subsidies for public university graduates, supporting review programs, and promoting a laddered education system.
