Black Women in Executive Leadership (B-WEL) is a new global initiative focused on improving the numbers, experiences, and impact of Black women in senior & executive leadership. We are collecting, collating, and curating Black women's wisdom on leadership by creating connected communities of Black women leaders and catalyzing collaborations for change.
