From boardrooms to interview panels to hiring decisions across the globe, Black women remain chronically underrepresented in executive leadership-not for lack of talent, but because the systems designed to elevate leaders were never built with us in mind. Despite growing DEI conversations, the pipeline from potential to power remains fractured by bias and structural inequities, with Black women facing compounded barriers at every career stage: overlooked in recruitment, underpaid, underestimated, and isolated in leadership spaces.
Featuring powerful voices and leaders from across the globe, together, we will explore the caring practices, bold strategies and systemic interventions that are shifting the narrative from workplaces that tokenize diversity to ecosystems that cultivate belonging, equity and justice. Whether you are rethinking recruitment frameworks, championing Black women within your organization or navigating these systems yourself, this session invites you to move from awareness to action.
