B-WEL convened its first community at The Rockefeller Foundation in Bellagio, Italy, for the inaugural Convening. This event marked the launch of the B-WEL Fellowship, providing a connected, centered, and change-driven experience. B-WEL brought together 20 trailblazing Black women executives from over 7 countries to Accra, Ghana for a transformative five-day Leadership Course. Designed to accelerate the global growth of Black women leaders, this course featured bespoke seminars, professional networking with local business leaders, historical outings, and cultural immersion experiences.
