B-WEL convened its first community at The Rockefeller Foundation in Bellagio, Italy, for the inaugural Convening. Designed to accelerate the global growth of Black women leaders, this course featured bespoke seminars, professional networking with local business leaders, historical outings, and cultural immersion experiences.
