Co-founder and Director of People and Management
Aline Odara is a social scientist, pedagogue, researcher of ethnic-racial relations, candomblecist, passionate about Afro-Brazilian culture, and activist in the fight for Racial Equity. She is the creator and Executive Director of the Agbara Fund, the 1st Black Women's Fund in Brazil. She is among the 100 Innovative Women of Época Negócios Magazine in 2023 and is the winner of the Folha de SP 2023 Social Entrepreneur Award.
