Deloise de Fátima is the Executive Director and Founder of Batukee, with over 15 years of experience in formulating public policies and driving social change. He has a degree in Public Policy Management from the University of São Paulo and a master's degree in Human and Social Sciences from the Federal University of ABC. She worked in leadership positions in the public and third sectors, being recognized as a Fellow of the BWell (Black Women in Executive Leadership) program, At Batukee, she leads initiatives aimed at promoting more inclusive social transformations, redesigning the profile of decision-makers and contributing to healthy working relationships. In addition to her leadership roles, Deloise is currently a guest professor at FGV and is involved in mentoring, advisory positions, and educational initiatives, sharing her experience through lectures, educational programs, and podcasts.
