Elaine Moura, Founder and CEO of the PopCorn Gourmet Group, chef, journalist, mother and businesswoman. In addition to the franchise market, the brand now packages its products for large supermarket chains and emporiums in Brazil. With more than 50 franchised units, 5 of which are popcorn-themed cafes and the rest kiosks, spread across all regions of Brazil, the group is now launching Pop Milky - Popcorn and Popcorn Milkshakes stores and kiosks. A different, young, light, and unusual experience. The Group was accelerated by entities such as Endeavor and Sebrae. Attentive to diversity and inclusion policies, the CEO has more than 80% of her team of leaders, made up of diverse people (women, black people, gays, trans). This policy extends to entrepreneurs, today with more than 80% female franchisees, the group is beginning to attract more black people to undertake business with the brand, with flexible conditions for expansion within the network. Elaine Moura is also one of the leaders of the “Entre Raízes” movement that connects black entrepreneurs and executives, to network, experience, and talk circles with the aim of bringing new opportunities to these women and their entire ecosystem.
