Hellen Nzinga - Executive Director / CEO Hellen is a manager of sustainable projects and advertising at UCSal. Communicator, she taught young people from the outskirts of the communication and entrepreneurship courses of the Trilha program of the Government of the State of Bahia. Hellen is also certified in Political Innovation by Asuntos Del Sur and awarded for education and technology projects, she was selected as a leader by the international fund Baobá and awarded by Mckinsey & Co. as one of the most influential female leaders in Brazil in 2021, in addition to being One Young World Ambassador. Hellen was also a Consultant for the Advocacy of Black Women within the Criola Climate Change Agenda where she presented her work at COP 27. Hellen is co-founder and executive at EcoCiclo, a brand that developed the first 100% biodegradable Brazilian sanitary pad, and that expanded its impact through the marketplace of sustainable products made by women, income generation, and women's education.
